FOUNDATION COURSE

If you are new to training in our gym, don’t worry, we will get you set up starting with our Foundation program.

Our Professional coaches will specifically guide you through movement assessment, skill development, workouts and go over all your specific questions, communicate previous injuries or limitations through this program.
1 on 1 + Group coaching
A prerequisite to our CrossFit class is a six 1 on 1 sessions foundational course scheduled at your convenience. Plus 2 weeks group class after six sessions and gradually ramp up workout.
